"Like: Great service, lovely nature setting. Dislike: Had to book spa 1 hour slot only, and dinner at the hotel in advance and we were not informed."

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding in town. We arrived late (1am) due to a flight delay and the receptionist was very warm and helpful on check-in. The room and bed were comfortable and modern, and the bar was enjoyable for a wedding after-party. The location is great, with beautiful views, and we would happily stay again."

"A great place to stay. Check in was delightful, room was warm and cozy, hot shower and comfy bed. We ate dinner in the main restaurant, the food was outstanding. Great flavours and presentation. Whisky, scrabble and a roaring fire in the bar afterwards. Breakfast was good and a quick visit to the hens before departing."

"The hotel is super. It was very busy this trip but this didn’t detract really except at breakfast. The coffee machines were filthy and malfunctioning. And staff were dong all they could to sort it. The pool changing rooms maybe could have done with a bit of a more regular clean but they weren’t terrible. And this is expected when it’s so busy. Kids love it. "
