"Excellent property and location"

"Perfect for weeklong stay for family wedding. Just a few small idiosyncrasies that were off - batteries were missing or at the end of their life, light bulbs burned out, towel bar ripped out of wall in MB, no Laundry detergent. Just small things-no big deal. Otherwise, great location and great communication from host!! "

"Our family had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is about 5 min from town and about 25min into the heart of KC. The owner was exceptionally nice and patient. My spam filter had placed the email from the third party that helps you get inside (so check for that), and he helped us. The house offered great space for all of us. Would/Will likely stay there again in the future. Thank you so much (also 3 deer came up to the back door and it was fun to see them)."

"Water too hot for children. When toilet was flushed the water was scalding to the person on the shower. Not enough bath towels. No laundry soap. Kitchen utensils skimpy. Knives spoons etc. Had to bring our own coffee pot. Keurig was useless to us. Not enough trash cans . needed one for each bath. Kitchen trash can too small. Used a lot of your trash bags. Thank you for supplying them. Living room and dingroiningroo.om furniture uncomfortable. On the upside beds were very comfortable. ...

"Great place to stay as we were in town for our son's wedding at the Memorial Building - Loved being able to walk just a block in the beautiful fall weather. We appreciated that the unit was very clean and private from the other unit in the same building. Nice big yard and parking space."
