Feel at home in my cozy two-room apartment. In the immediate vicinity is the Elbe Park with numerous restaurants and shops! The 49m² apartment is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed, home cinema, hair dryer, fridge, dining area with 4 chairs, dishwasher, coffee machine and NETFLIX. You can park for free! Everyday necessities such as supermarkets, banks, bars, Neustadt train station and the city center are in the immediate vicinity.

Baufällige Unterkunft
Ich hatte für Freunde dieses Objekt gebucht und leider waren Sie sehr enttäuscht. Es waren alte Pads in der Kaffeemaschine, der Beamer war durch eine schlechte Verbindung nicht immer nutzbar, an der Gästecouch war ein Fußteil abgebrochen und somit nicht nutzbar und nachts viel aus heiterem Himmel ein Heizkörper von der Wand. In der Wohnung roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch und von der Decke platzte die Farbe ab. Preisleistung war nicht gegeben. Der Vermieter Herr Seel versprach im Telefonat eine Preisentschädigung, worauf wir immernoch warten. Wir raten von einer Anmietung zukünftig ab.

Inserat täuscht !
Tatsächlich sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Bilder von dieser Wohnung schauen so gut aus und versprechen einiges! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise war zuerst sehr gut, daher haben wir uns auch sehr auf die Wohnung gefreut. Doch bei Ankunft wurden wir enttäuscht. Als allererstes (und es ist als Nicht-Raucher das schlimmste) fiel uns beim Öffnen der Wohnungstür sofort auf, dass es eine Raucherwohnung ist. Und im Inserat steht deutlich: Nicht-Raucherwohnung.. sehr enttäuschend. Naja wir dachten ok - lüften wir halt viel.. aber es ging nicht weg! Wir dachten uns: hoffentlich bleibt es das einzige! Doch dann beim Blick ins Badezimmer: kein Klopapier! Und ein kaputtes Waschbecken: der Abflussstöpsel ging nicht auf, Hände waschen und Zähne putzen also in der Küche.. wir kontaktierten den Vermieter: keinerlei Rückmeldung! Sehr traurig.. Weiter ging’s mit einer schmutzigen Kaffeemaschine und schmutzigen Weingläsern. Und die Handtücher wurden anscheinend vor Ankunft noch schnell gewaschen und waren noch nass und hangen auf dem Wäscheständer, aber haben wie nasser Hund gerochen! Zudem gab es nur genau 4 Handtücher für 4 Personen, daher konnten wir nicht auf anderweitige ausweichen. Der Lederbezug von dem Sofabett bröselte, und ein Kissen fehlte für eine Person. Zwei Hochstühle sind kaputt (ist uns aufgefallen nachdem eine von uns fast runtergefallen ist).. also wir finden, das ist wirklich nicht das was auf den Bildern versprochen wird: daher sind wirklich enttäuscht, vorallem weil wir den Vermieter kontaktiert haben um eine Besserung zu erreichen (wir hatten einfach kein Klopapier!!) -> leider kam hier keinerlei Antwort ...

Eine saubere, helle Wohnung. Leider ist das Bett nur 140cm breit.. 😏.. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir können die Wohnung mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Was noch sehr schön war... Sehr nettes Umfeld, sprich nette und freundliche Nachbarn... Gruß Sefi
