"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Portou House. Our room was on the top floor. There was some hanging space but not a lot of storage other than one drawer. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. The room would benefit from soundproofing as there was a bit of noise from a nearby restaurant, however this did not spoil our stay. The rooms are in a great location. We would definitely return. "

"The owner had over 3 weeks to reach out to me and didn’t until 2 days prior to reservation date. Two weeks later cited the age of my children was the reason for cancelling. My children are 8 and 12.
