It was like staying in a castle updated of course with well appointed furnishings, bathroom fixtures, etc. Our room was a large sized suite, the breakfast was very good, the grounds are beautiful and walkable, and the location quiet but a short driving distance from Aix-en-Provence and the airport at Marseilles. "This is a unique and special place. A little pricey, but worth it. This is a manor house built in 1795, with a wine cellar, and an indoor swimming pool also in the cellar. Just beautiful. We stayed on the top floor, with a round water bed, and skylights that look up to the stars. There is also an outdoor wooden infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi corner. It's just an amazing feeling to be in a wooden swimming pool. Lovely breakfast. Wish we had been able to stay 2-3 days."

"The excellent swimming pool was an absolute essential in a very hot August. It was particularly helpful to have the roof which could be pulled across the pool to shield the children from UV exposure. The pool was well maintained by our host and he was very welcoming and attentive to all our queries and little problems especially when we needed an extra bed Thank you Jean Marc. The position was great with good views and accessible to beaches lakes and the Gorge. "
