"Staff was great & check in area was nice & clean. Room was horrible! Wasn’t cleaned well. Floor was not vacuumed well. The smell was not pleasant at all upon entering. Our sheets, pillow cases & towels were stained pretty badly & had holes. The parking lot was full & based on location, the place should not have a problem with bookings, so why is upkeep getting missed tremendously? I will not ever book here again or refer anyone. Do better…"

"One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. After travelling for 2 days we were really looking forward to using the pool our first night and the next day after breakfast. We went into the pool knee deep. It was so very cold we were numb and unable to use the pool at all. We paid more for this hotel than we would have without a pool! We were very disappointed!"

"The Staff for keeping the rooms up were on point. They had 2 men living on site that approached us and immediately asked if we needed anything. And made sure we got our linin done by a certain time everyday. The middle of the development was a beautiful swimming area and Extra large parking lots for taking a jog or a Big Rig to park. And could walk the doggies if you have them. They offer weekly rates if needed and the Rooms are huge and the TV's have possibility of programming hulu netflix...
