This was a disgrace to be a public business. We stayed one night and checked out. There was poor management because there was sex and drug dealers in action. The room was dirty and our king size bed only had 3 small pillows. The manager refused to reimburse my money that I had paid for the 3 days we did not stay. Please check into this and get my money!! Ok for the price,… when I arrived told I had no room due to hurricane evacuation they had sold my room which was paid for two weeks in advance to charge double rate and $25 per night pet fees. Bad policy

When we arrived, we thought we were at the wrong place because the pictures do not look anything like this motel. We did not feel safe as there were only two cars in the parking lot and the lights were flickering outside. We asked for a refund and let them know we did not feel comfortable staying here. They refused a refund and the manager or person speaking to me on the phone from the hotel was very rude and disrespectful.
