"Its was comfortable and the room was bigger than i thought. i had the 45th room and it was spacious. the lobby could be better but probably the m2 in jerusalem is very expensive."

"The staff and the hotel manager are very friendly. The rooms are great and the balcony is worth it, as is the breakfast; it's fantastic, every time. You can't ask for a better location, walkable to the light rail as well as the Old City of Jerusalem."

"The great thing about the hotel is the location. BUT, no elevator, hotel interior needs to be renewed, room looks very old with bad walls, old furniture and not so clean feeling."

"Great Apartment down a quiet alley near the busy Ben Yehuda neighborhood. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a multi-day stay in Jerusalem. Convenient to the Old City, Shuk, and other downtown locations. Only a couple of blocks to the light rail. Very helpful management, but you do need to call when you arrive so that you can locate the exact entrance to the apartment you are renting. They will meet you there and show you the property."

"The staff at the Cassia are its strongest plus . Ahwad and Ali and Zafir all went above and beyond for my wife and I during our stay . Everyone of the staff has a desire to help and it was much appreciated. Baselle was also a very excellent Barman and I had a great experience with him . The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and kept us very comfortable as well! Mary was an excellent and efficient contributor to our wonderful stay . The hotel itself was beautiful with all of the intriguing art installations and the room with a view of the old city was extremely comfortable! The bed was fantastic and linens were top notch. I can’t say enough about this stellar group of people and the place we called home for a month! Thank you Maurits Van Den Berg for your hospitality and incredible leadership to make the Cassia what it is ."
