"We were only there for a night and basically just to sleep and shower. The people were great. The elevator situation, however, was ridiculous. Even at 11pm when we returned, it was chaos. When I asked where the stairs were so we could walk to our 6th floor room, we were told that there was no access “for the safety of our guests” at night. E aureus about 15 min for an elevator. "
