"Our room was clean and accommodating but, the HVAC unit had a bad bering so each time in came on the noise woke us up. We wll notify the staff and hope maintenance will address the situation so future guests that stay in room 212 get a good nights rest."

"Nice renovation of older building. Comfortable bed and nice quality bedding and towels. Was expecting this part of Spokane to have more homeless problem and was pleasantly surprised that it was not so. Not much garbage in area either. Spokane, please tell Seattle and Portland how to do it better? "
