"It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just...

"It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel fix this he first day with a very effective aromatizer. "

"Our room was Deluxe Double overlooking the pool and it was spacious including the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too firm. The provided breakfast had good Western and Asian selections, omelet station, and fruit section. Big pool. Staffs were friendly and attentive. We really liked the ambience of the hotel. Location is within 6 minutes walk to The Heritage Mall, 15 minutes to Pub Street, and its near restaurants and laundromat. "
