"Normally I don't write a long review, but this hotel was one the best part of our trip (and we visited 4 countries). The staff was wonderful in every aspect, always trying to make us comfortable and feel like we were in a oasis. On the first night we had a little problem with the toilet, which was addressed immediately and we were offered to spend that night in another room, but on the very next day the toilet was fixed and we returned to the original room. 100% excellent service. Breakfast with a variety of local and international food, was also one of the highest point of our stay that we enjoyed, with fruits, yogurts, ham and cheeses, breads, omelets made to order, hot stations with different local food, coffee, tea and I know I'm forgetting things because it was a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable with very unique and beautiful bathroom and shower box. The pool was the real oasis for relaxing and refreshing after visits to the temples, tours and shopping. Perfect set up. Great location, walking distance to markets, shopping and restaurants."
