"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....

"Such a beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. I loved this hotel. It was close to the town and easy for tours to pick us up from and many restaurants around but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also so delicious. The best part was definitely the staff though! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and treated us very well. Great hotel - very highly recommended! Thank you!"

"It is a very good option to stay in Siam Reap, excellent location and rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant was closed because there were not enough guests staying at the hotel and our room smell to cigarette smoke despite it was a non-smoking room.
