"I traveled with my 3 daughters for Christmas. The staff was very welcoming and were super great the whole time we were there. We felt safe, the hotel is beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and the landscape is beautiful. Pool was clean and warm. The umbrella in the room was a huge bonus as it rained almost everyday. We would definitely stay again if we ever travel to the SF bay area again. "
