"The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I'm not sure she understood everything I said but it was enough to communicate my needs. Our phone in the room didn't work, nor did our TV remote. I had to go to the front desk to get a comforter and a remote control. They don't use comforters here so I got another (warm) blanket. The bed was soft, as in we both rolled to the middle and it was difficult for us to get out of. It was nice enough for us but not a 5 star hotel. They have a pool...

"I really appreciate the separate sitting area from the bedroom. There was a tv in the sitting area and bedroom, which was great when others wanted to stay up to watch tv. The kitchen was a bonus for us as we prefer to cook meals vs eating out all of the time. Courtyard in the middle if the hotel is great. You can take advantage of the sitting area to visit or use the grill to cook. Fire pit is nice on the cold days. "
