I urge VIP member with certain benefits to stay vigilant as it seems there are in a transition period & your benefits might not be reflecting on their end. "First time stay at Graycliff, though we had dined at their amazing highly rated restaurant before. The hotel is small and very upscale, beautifuly furnished with period pieces rather than cookie cutter type of look. Our room, even tho we booked the standard deluxe base room, was massive and felt like you had stepped back in time.
