"We moved here from another nearby hotel that was awful. This hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, had all amenities and all were working. The breakfast included was a large buffet with lots of options and was very good. The gym and pool/hot tubs were also amazing. It was connected to the skyway walkway which was super convenient for getting to the convention center. And, it was cheaper than the awful hotel we left. 100% will stay here again!"

I stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, both upon check-in and throughout the hotel. While I noted that daily cleaning service was not provided, I was pleased to find that upon calling for extra towels, they were promptly delivered to my room. The room itself was comfortable and the hotel's location proved to be convenient for my stay. Overall, my experience at your hotel was a positive one, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others looking for accommodation in the area."

"Amazing location and wonderful old building. It used to be the Minneapolis Athletic Club, so make sure to check out the fitness room! Bed was comfortable and had ample charging ports. Ideally located within downtown, close to light rail and key bus stops. Walking distance from convention center, Guthrie theater, and multiple sports venues."

"Overall the hotel is nice and convenient. However, the staff likes to gather at the front desk and talk among themselves while guests have to wait in line for service. When I was checking in, my check in was interrupted a couple times by another employee. The breakfast was delicious but the young gentlemen who was in charge of the area doesn't interact with guests and doens't bring silverware to the guests either. He had them rolled up in napkins in front of him. When I asked for a spoon he told me to look by the cereal but it was empty then he told me to check by the bagels. The display for the spoon wasn't easy to see considering all the other items on the tables. If he knew where it was at, why not just give one to me or bring me over to where they were at. He did not want to leave the cashier station for anything and at the time, I was the only guest dining. If you stay here, don't expect great service. It's just okay. "
