"Was so nice attending an event at the Target Center and to not have to walk outside. The skywalk access was fantastic during the cold winter days. Ease of access to parking and restaurants were great too! Highly recommend!"

Only problem was Wifi was not working in rooms & when inquired about it staff said it’s not working & they are working but I lived three days & never fixed . But WiFi. Was working all good in all other areas . It looks that they don’t have WFI in rooms at all."

When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. "This property was in a great location for restaurants and to walk to the convention center. However, there are a lot of unhoused people on the streets nearby which made me feel a bit unsafe as I was traveling alone. It was also very dirty. Trash, feces, etc on the sidewalks. Police did have a presence outside but not at all times. "

"Hotel was clean, room was spacious. My only complaints would be that the shower knob needed to be tightened because it kept falling down and getting too hot! The pool smell was quite strong in the hallway the first couple days which is understandable when there was about of kids around! Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was dark with the blinds closed which helped with sleeping in! "
