"Outstanding stay. Our second time coming back to the Kempinski, the moment the valet open our car doors - we are greeted like family (even tho weve never met). The service here is impecabble - and not forced at all. Check in experience was great, she asked me lots of questions to understand our needs and then let me know what was in our package that we would benefit from. I LOVED talking to Sara at the Kids Club - so genuine and good with kids. We love the pool layout at the Kempinski - its a weird one i know- but the layout is perfect for kids and tired adults supervising. Plus theres always a great buzz and vibe at the pool area. The valet team are really cool - my 1 year old was obsessed with their novel buggy at the front - i let him play on it and they actually took us for a spin round the resort in it - they even stopped outside the giant horse and took pics for us. Well priced and amazing experience and service - not to mention you feel like youre in an Arabian palace. "

"The property is amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The ONLY complaint that I have was the fact that there was a wedding at the property during my stay which made certain facilities, restaurants and other areas of the hotel unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to learn about this at check in. Traveling with kids for hours and learning, at the last minute, that the restaurants are not available for use due to a wedding was not great. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the stay. "

"The staff here go above and beyond for requests and are so helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and has excellent facilities. The rooms have such great views and security and valet are excellent. I felt spoilt because they would always make sure to open the door for me when an uber came which I did not expect at all. The room we stayed in was spacious and lovely, the hotel did a lovely gesture for us for our honeymoon which we didn’t even have to pay for!"

"I loved everything about the property. Very diverse, welcoming, warm, beautiful, fun and accommodating. My massage was peaceful and my food was delicious. I had fish and chips at the Belgian Cafe. Nice terrace. The only thing I didn't care for was the smokers. I still enjoyed myself "
