"Very quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere, yet in a great and walkable location and within less than two blocks from the blue line cable car line. Most memorable was the courteous and very helpful staff, especially Marcelo and Abigail (Abi) at the front desk and Gabriel at breakfast.
