"The pool was closed for maintenance but staff were quick to offer compensation. The restaurant which we were looking forward to dining at was also closed but food at the lobby bar was delicious! Staff also treated my husband to a thoughtful surprise for a special occasion. Hotel was clean, quiet and staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again. "

"It was a great stay! Even to extend was super easy. They were accommodating and understanding. Lots of really great employees, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I did have a small incident with the peep hole, they have a cover on them, they are metal. It wasn't anyone's fault and the staff was DILIGENT in helping . That's what made me love this place more. I felt seen and heard; they were right by my side. "

"I loved this hotel, one of my fav stays in Halifax!! The rooms are quiet, and very traditional for a hotel which I really enjoyed. The pool and fitness centre was so clean and so convenient, the pools hours were also great, adults had access until 11 which I loved because I like to be able to swim at a hotel but also have time to be able to do so. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again! Extra bonus the rates were affordable! "

"The suites with the beds being in a separate area was key to splitting up the chill sit down to time to crash. The whole hotel was very well furnished and had most things. The hot tub was below expectations and very tiny/small. The hotel bar looks great but does not serve. Thankfully there is an attached restaurant which is open for breakfast and late night for a few cocktails. Overall a positive experience for the price."
