"This hotel would improve a lot if they used their wonderful waterfront location for the public areas. There is nowhere to eat, sit, drink etc. other than in dark depressing spaces. Great shame but they need a better interior designer. "

"The Inn is a heritage property, nicely decorated. It is within walking distance of the harbour and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Other than staircases, (which didn’t bother us because we are very mobile) and the shortage of parking at the location , we had a great stay. They do have additional, free parking within a 3 block distance from the Inn. You may want to wear earplugs if you are on the street side as it is a little noisy."

"Sofa bed was unusable. Kept trying to fold itself back up. Valet parking could use a new system considering the busy street the front entrance is on. Mini kitchen could have had some bowls or plates for use to reheat food in microwave. Very surprised coffee wasn't available in the lobby until at least check out time at noon. Would have been nice to have a fresh cup of coffee while waiting for valet to bring the car. Room was very nice. King size bed was comfy. Lots of room for 3 friends to have...

"My hotel room was cleaned everyday. Something you do not see all that often since the covid pandemic. It is a very convenient location as it is in the heart of downtown Halifax. "

"What a great hotel for a fantastic price. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and modern. The hotel is attached to a shopping area with walkways to the boardwalk. I will definitely stay here again. "
