"We enjoyed a weekend getaway on the 15th floor. The room was gorgeous with an oversized king bed, walk-in shower and skyline view. Our check-in was swift however our first room was at 85 degrees. We had dinner arrangements to get ready for and couldn't wait for the technician to repair it. After explaining to Devin, who checked us in, he promptly found a matching suite available. Then he personally checked the new room to insure a comfortable temperature before moving us over. Every staff member we encountered displayed professional customer service skills. Five star service! The location of the hotel is walking distance from historical places, restaurants and plenty of nightlife. Definitely will be returning. "
