"Very pretty hotel, brand new. Dining at the hotel is overpriced except for coffee options. Many good seafood restaurants nearby half priced. Try donut place! Loved Crabby’s. Gorgeous beach- $40 and up for umbrellas and chairs a day. I saw people using their own chairs. However, the hotel’s pool is basically on the beach so you feel like you’re on the beach anyway. Nice to have wait service at the pool. Loved the jacuzzi. Overall we had a nice stay. Oh and the view! Every room has an ocean view !"

"We booked rooms here for my daughter’s wedding. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The historic hotel had just the ambience and character we were looking for. We enjoyed the on site coffee shop, sitting on the front porch, and everyone loved hanging out at the pool and Bloody Mary’s at the pool bar. The shuttle driver was glad to take our party to our downtown event. Absolutely recommend if you want some charm, and a break from the big chains! "

"We stayed here for two nights while in Tampa to visit family and see a ball game. The unit was layed out oddly. It was not filthy, but could use a deeper clean. The property was located on the water with a beach area, but no access to swimming . They advertise a fishing pier, but it was damaged and roped off for safety concerns. The best part of the property was the pool area and restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful. "
