"The room was mildly shabby with some cracked bathroom tile, a loose faucet and marks on the wall. The bed was comfy. The hotel seemed deserted ( it was the middle of winter in Buffalo) although a Life insurance group came the next night. The in-hotel jazz/bar/lounge is closed along with a restaurant. Sad..."

"Very easy and fast check in. Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here."
