"Beautiful decor run down town Buffalo. Felt very safe. Staff and services were very nice. My only concern was after parking in the lot a block away from the hotel was walking back by myself. Quite icy and snowy but you can’t blame that on the hotel. Pool and fitness room were clean and beautiful. Did not swim but would have if I had my suit. I would definitely stay there again."

"We were a full day late due to air travel. The staff was understanding and flexible. Jack was amazing working with Expedia to help adjust our days AND rates. Vallet was quick and even during a snow event, the car came out clean. Must be underground storage. "
