"The hotel and staff were excellent even though extra attention to room amenities could be improved. The room I stayed in did not have any windows that could be opened which made for stuffy sleeping. Breakfast was excellent and dinner at the hotel restaurant was exceptional in both food and service. Highly recommend."

"Very convenient location in Belfast city. There’s two shopping centres and takeaway restaurants nearby . Staff couldn’t be any more friendly, they were so helpful. Only thing I would criticise would be that the kettle worked the first night of my stay but decided not to work the rest of my stay. "
