"A nice rural retreat next to the river. It's quiet except for the occasional boat with fishers putting by. The property is far enough out in the country to make the night sky perfect for star gazing. There was a nice fire circle with plenty of cut wood. The river flows at a good pace, so you really need to drive the kayaks upstream and float back down to the house. It helped that we had two cars. The house was clean and comfortable. To get to town is about 25 minutes. There is a quicky mart with food basics and gas about 5 minutes away. "

We were surprised to learn the house is mostly underground which makes it quite unique. We were also surprised to find the on-property gun range and out door gym. Be sure to check out all the springs located nearby. And finally, the owners and property managers were very responsive and helpful. "
