"Check in was nice and easy with clear directions to the room in another building. I think the building was called Loch Say. The room was one floor up and likely a converted attic. Bed was comfortable and, shower nice and clean with all amenities expected. The steep sided roof was annoying and other than the bed, there was no furnishing. "Lovely place, very clean and comfortable rooms. We had a a bit of an issue at check in, we had booked a family room which turned out to be a double bed and a trundle bed which they brought up. The trundle bed was not fit for purpose really, it didn't look safe to sleep on. Couldn't fault the staff or the manager though, they were very helpful and made sure to try and resolve the issue for us straight away.
