"Stayed for a couple of days with my husband, mum and dad and small dog. From very start the owners made us feel so welcome. Showed us to our rooms which were of very high standard. Very comfortable bed and good quality linen and pillows. We were unable to eat in the dining area as we had our dog. "This is a lovely and comfortable home within walking distance of Perth. There’s a comfortable sitting room a large dining room for morning breakfast and the rooms were clean and quiet. Graham was the young man managing the property while I was staying and he was wonderful to talk to and most helpful with anything I needed. The breakfasts were delicious and had a huge array of options. I highly recommend it."
