"Stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The location is as advertised and has the pretty pond/lake view and easy walk into Rehoboth through the park next to condo, accessible through a gate (look closely it isn’t evident at first) at back of development. We walked the route several times a day ! Condo is super clean, bedrooms all nice size and comfortable and the deck is nice and big enough to hang out and relax. We loved it and would definitely book again. "

"We enjoyed our stay with out two golden retrievers. kitchen is well stocked with dishes and coffee maker, toaster, etc (although we didn't use any for this quick stay). House was clean at arrival, and bedding and linen was provided (we did bring our own). Furnished nicely for a pet friendly option. Only challenge we had was that we could not access our own prime account to see Eagles Thursday night game. Other than that it was great for a pet-friendly accommodation ! "Great place - so close to the beach. Nice amenities - chairs, beach cart and umbrella available. Kitchen stocked well, A/C worked great, ceiling fans a plus. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Short drives to see the sights. Got to spend a great afternoon on the beach watching crazy golden retrievers chasing tennis balls in the surf. Seems that we landed in town during golden retriever days (a thing in Dewey) - happy pups everywhere."
