"This house was perfect for our stay on Douglas Island. Grocery stores and restaurants are not far away. The view is fantastic from the living areas as well as most of the bedrooms. Paula was extremely nice and communicative for check in and answered any questions about the house that we had promptly. The house is massive, the beds comfortable, and there were many expendables, but there are a few small details of fit/finish that are noticeable, but did not affect the overall quality of our stay....

"The host was gracious, friendly, helpful, and communicated great with us! The house was the perfect setup and location for our mission team. The bedrooms were all nice sized, the living areas were spacious with lots of comfortable furniture. The kitchen's were large and well stocked with everything we needed just like home. There was more than enough dishes and we prepared and ate almost all of our meals during the week at the VRBO. We could not have been more pleased and if we return back to...

"We planned a fishing trip for friends and family at another lodge, but wanted to get to Juneau a few days early to explore the area and give other travelers time to arrive when their schedule allowed. This house was perfect for our group of 8. It is close to the airport for convenient pick-ups, and our son even walked to the house when he arrived (He travels light!) We cooked, enjoyed the fire pit out back, took trips to the surrounding areas, and slept great at night. Highly recommend!"
