The gentleman checking me in was fast, helpful and very nice! The room was clean and the heater was on so it wasn’t freezing when I went in. Highly recommend for a night or week stay!

For a one night stay, the room is not stocked with kitchen supplies. The fridge and microwave are plugged in but the cabinets are bare. I was glad I brought finger foods so I didn’t have to go back to the desk and ask. Closest hotel to the airport and restaurants close by. Easy walk from the Nugget Mall bus stop.

The check was efficient. The room was filthy. There was fresh towels and sheets, but otherwise the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Dirt in the tub, on the floor, in the sink. Whiskers from the last guy who shaved in there. Dog hair in the bathroom. Really dirty.

The floors were very dirty, shoe prints of dirt on the floor, the shower was slimy slippery. It had good clean bedding. Clean fridge , and microwave.

We were looking to stay cheap and didn’t expect much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location near the airport was very convenient but not quiet. If I stay against I would ask for a room on the back side.

Comfortable, convenient stay. Great hotel staff!
The staff are incredibly helpful and personable. Our headboard was not secured to the wall which they said is intentional. It fell off the wall towards the end of the stay and we were physically unable to fix it. Staff said this is a common occurrence. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay! The dumpsters are locked which is a little odd but staff encourage you to set your garbage out and they'll take it. Asking for linens can occur any time of day and staff are super kind about it! Located directly across from the airport, super convenient.

Somebody smashed the glass front door that they always keep locked, I assume got frustrated because the card reader wouldn't open it most of the time. Overall this hotel is in need of renovation big time and other than it's across from the airport doesn't have much going for it.
