"The Hansa is in a great location, close to my favourite bars and restaurants in Swakopund. Although a bit dated the hotel is well maintained, clean and has a charming atmosphere. The staff are all very professional and courteous; it was also a nice bonus to find a room service menu in the room... the calamari was great btw."

"Staff super friendly and helpful. Place conveniently situated and safe. Well equipped. Aircon did not work though. Couldn’t get it fixed in our 2 days of stay, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Housekeeping not quite up to standard. Alternative solutions could’ve been offered as a nice hospitality gesture. "
