"The Hansa is in a great location, close to my favourite bars and restaurants in Swakopund. Although a bit dated the hotel is well maintained, clean and has a charming atmosphere. The staff are all very professional and courteous; it was also a nice bonus to find a room service menu in the room... the calamari was great btw."

Housekeeping not quite up to standard. Alternative solutions could’ve been offered as a nice hospitality gesture. "
