"Very unique, well-maintained Victorian inn. Lovely and very helpful inn keeper, who was on-site when we checked in and out. Coffee and snacks provided and convenience of using and storing food in the kitchen. The Tapestry room which we booked was the only room on the first floor and right next to the dining/sitting rooms. So not as private but the room was well appointed including the bathroom/shower."

"The hostess Denis was amazing and kind, the place was superb, clean, beautiful and so quiet. Our wake up was delicious with the view of beautiful deers just under our windows, the views arrownd the place are amazing and everything eas so peaceful. Impressively beautiful. "

"My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again."

"Owner was local and very helpful when questions had arisen. Beautiful cabin and very comfy interior. Despite the cold weather, the heaters worked wonders and kept the house warm even after being turned off. Wonderful scenery and quiet area. Lots of nearby deer. Surrounding towns are very welcoming and friendly when talking with them. Owner had a plethora of resources for everything you need to know about the area in her binder. From nearby restaurants to hiking trails and fishing guides. Would...

"It should have disclosed as an airbnb. Obviously there was no instruction at all for gaining access to the property. Without the two very helpful neighbors, for certain, we were out in the cold."

"Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful! Appreciated the complimentary water and hot beverages in the lobby. Our room was clean and comfortable. Just what we wanted after a long day of driving. Hotel location is great for downtown walk and food options. (Try Heavenly Donuts!) Also easy drive to Sundial Bridge if you want a good nature walk. "

Holiday Inn Express Redding North, an IHG Hotel

"Christina at the front desk was very helpful. My reservation was somehow stuck in the computer system and she took the time to help me by letting me settle down in my room first and when my prepaid reservation finally showed up in the hotels computer she let me know so I could complete the check-in process. She is very patient and resourceful and handled the situation very professionally. She deserves a commendation"
