The shower floor is the bathroom floor with a drain in the floor but no curb at the bathroom entrance, so when the drain stopped draining, the water flooded into the living area. "Winter trip for solitude and a view and this place delivered. It was very clean, There are a few little things that need to be fixed thus the 4 stars. One faucet didn't work, I couldn't find the light for the exterior stairs; a panel for the drapes on the sliding door fell off; and most of all the only lock on the front door was the combo lock one - I don't know who else might have that number. I would feel much more comfortable/safe with a second interior lock. "

"Great location and a nice layout, but the second bedroom did not have curtains on the windows or air conditioning, which made it hot and uncomfortable. Extended family left after one night to avoid sleeping in that room again. Downstairs has a futon, not a pull out couch. This property is fine for two people, but doesn’t truly accommodate 6 people as promised. "

"The unit was great for a weekend stay for two. We really enjoyed how it is very cute and beach-housy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is a bit dated but functional.
