"Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again"

"Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. "We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed all the amenities of The Greenwood with our family. Highly recommend the extra wood set-up for the outdoor wood firepit. We enjoyed sitting outside cooking hot dogs while the kids ran through the fields. "

"We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"Overall, this place was amazing! Few hiccups that we felt could be better (such as not having enough Toilet paper, paper towels, etc). The stove malfunctioned at times. "Such a nice spot! The inside was perfectly fine, but the outdoor space is truly the highlight. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for water adventures—kayaks, paddle boards, a pedal boat, plus life jackets for all ages.
