"Checkin great, customer service great, room was clean, pool was fun. Pillows were too thick couldn’t use them, we didn’t ask for different ones maybe they had other ones available I didn’t ask. Maybe they were new. Hotel lobby had a lot of art and local decorations in it which was attempt to make it feel homey and less “hotel ish” maybe but it came off strange to me because of the architecture of the room, but it was okay just busy looking that’s all I’m sure some other tourist guests would...

"There is no front desk. There is nobody to meet you and give you keys or tell you where your room is. Some students that were renting the "office" said that they hadn't seen the manager in a long time and that she "did this to others" when we arrived. Looks like the place is going out of business and Hotels.com is not up to date and should be embarrassed as their credibility is at stake."
