"Property worked out very well for 6 night stay and exploration of bluff region. I stayed with my dog and the large yard area was perfect for throwing her ball and exercise. Otherwise I spent time bird watching up and down the River and hiking around a bit. I also stopped at the Madigan Winery and ate a couple times at the "Safe House" in town and at the "Great River Inn" across the river.. "

"This place was perfect for a week away from the city. We came here to get some peace and quiet and work remote. This place definitely fulfilled that. The wifi worked great, no work interuptions and access to the backyard to get some sun and view of the river couldn't be beat. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax after work and Gabby was super responsive with whatever issues/questions we had. The beds were comfortable, lots of places to sit and/or work, big kitchen and many pots availble for cooking. If I'm in the area, I would definitely stay here again. "

"The cabin is large and comfortable. Excellent setup for two couples and children. Inside was clean. The outside needs some picking up, which is to be expected in early springtime in Iowa.Some of the utensils, such as the can opener and vegetable peeler, need replacing."
