"We had an unbelievable time staying at Casa Ceoil in Ruan near Ennis, County Clare. This property is absolutely beautiful, especially if you love animals. Everything was incredibly clean with all that you can ask for- a great sitting area, washer/dryer, big kitchen table and comfortable bedrooms. Barbara was so kind and we loved touring the farm. "We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ballyvaughn. Ray is a great host--check in was a breeze and the location of the house is terrific-- close to town, but quiet--with great access to Bishop's Quarter--a lovely strand for walking- The view from the house couldn't be prettier. This would be a great spot for a family, as there is plenty of room. We will be back for sure."

"Pros: - beautiful interior design has a luxurious yet cozy feel - warm and comfy, a great getaway from the winter storms outside - walls of windows make for an amazing view - all the amenities you need for your stay (we cooked, made coffee, listened to music on their Bluetooth speaker, took a bath) - short walk/drive to a convenience store/gas station - finding it was easy with Google maps (but there’s no signage otherwise) Cons - none! It’s lovely!"

"The Hazel Cottage is a unique combination of rustic exterior and elegance within. The hosts have furnished it beautifully, and generously left a few helpful food items for us to use upon arrival. All appliances worked, the fireplace was a welcome addition, and the surroundings are peaceful and majestic. Though we were only a few kilometers from Doolin Village, we were living in the countryside, only twenty minutes' walk from the beginnings of the mighty Burren landscape. Our four nights here...

"This cottage was all we hoped it would be and more! It was clean, cozy and comfortable and perfectly located for the things we wanted to do in the Doolin area. The ocean view is spectacular! Our host Ann was very friendly and helpful, and truly went above and beyond what we normally experience when renting a property."

"Room was tiny. No reception. We never saw anyone that worked for the hotel. This was especially a problem when some people staying at the hotel got locked out at 3am and spent half an hour banging on the door trying to get someone to let them in. "
