"We stayed at Nevins Inn for one night during our Wild Atlantic Way trip. We were accommodated in a delux room in the Lodge next to the main building. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very large and modern with a walk in shower. Toiletries,hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are provided. We chose to eat our evening meal at the property and can highly recommend the food there. Breakfast was served at the inn and this too was very enjoyable with plenty of choice. The only downside to the stay was that the hot water supply to the shower seemed to have failed in the morning so I had to have a very lukewarm, almost cold shower. I overheard another guest saying the same at breakfast so obviously not just our room was affected. There is plenty of free on site parking at the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I can highly recommend a stay at Nevins Inn."

"We so enjoyed our stay at Hillary’s place. She was a very helpful and responsive host with great recommendations on hikes and meals. We hiked the Croagh Patric hill which is the hill in the pictures and walked the nearby beaches. The house was a wonderful stay. Clean and beautiful."

"We booked this cozy cottage for two weeks in mid-October. Donna was wonderful. She reached out prior to the stay to chat through the VRBO site and as we got closer she shared things to do and see in Louisburgh and other close towns. We communicated through Whats App once we landed at Shannon Airport (2.5 hours away). She met us at the house to show us how to use the applicances, turn on the water to the showers, lock the doors, etc. She also had flowers and a card for our wedding anniversary (which I had mentioned to her previously) Even a chocolate cake! So kind. Since it was off season, only a handful of restaurants were open during the week (mostly open on Friday and Saturday) but there is a small grocery store in town if you want to get something to cook at the house. A bigger grocery store is in nearby Westport which is about a 15 minute drive from Louisburgh. The kitchen has everything you need - pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. The TV near the kitchen is a SmartTV. Towels are proved and there are hair dryers to use. The house is in a nice quiet street with easy walk to restaurants in town, McNamara's Pub and the beach (great sunsets when the sun finally came out!). We were able to just relax and enjoy the downtime. Highly recommend this house."

"I’d give 10 stars if I could! We had the most wonderful two week stay here. It is a beautiful house in a perfect location. The house had everything we needed and has plenty of space for human guests and for our dogs, they loved it just as much as we did. The area is outstanding, quiet and peaceful with beautiful empty beaches within walking distance or a short drive from the house. On our first day, we saw a pod of dolphins that put on a spectacular display for us 🐬 Belmullet is a lovely wee town with exceptional restaurants and cafes, delicious food & staff who couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. The local people are really friendly, stopping to pass the time of day and making time for each other, something that is a thing of the past in other places I have visited. Such a special place and very heartwarming. Our host Yvonne was excellent with her communications and if she could help in any way, she would. Checking in was easy and there was a very thoughtful welcome gift on our arrival. Yvonne allowed us to fix some wire to the gate so our dogs would be kept safe. We really appreciated being able to do that 🐾 We were so very lucky with beautiful sunny weather for most of our stay, so we have come home feeling totally refreshed and the five hour drive was well worth it. If I had one recommendation, it would be for the caretakers of this beautiful house to ‘up their game’ by way of cleaning (hence only giving 4* for cleanliness) and presentation. Thank you Yvonne. "

"Very enjoyable once we were able to get access to the property. We were told to contact Karen but no phone number left asking local neighbours did they now any phone numbers and one neighbour new the cleaner and she gave us the code to access the property. For the 4 days we were there nobody contacted us or check if we were even there So check in procedure very poor when you’ve been travelling 13hours"
