"Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. "I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one.
