"The staff was very responsive with easy convenient communication via Whatsapp, even after hours. The apartment has everything you need, close grocery, and comfortable bedding. The kitchen has all the basics to make meals or just a cup of tea. Very walkable location. We appreciated the help booking early morning airport transfer. Would stay again! "

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."

"Very comfortable, clean & well equipped apartment in a great location. U bahn stations are only 10-15 minute walk away. The Prater amusement park is also a very short walk away. Grocery stores also very close. A good choice of restaurants can be found close by at the Rochusmarkt. Only negatives. Some instructions explaining how to work heating etc in the apartment, along with some local information would be useful. "

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

"The location is excellent. Walkable to the Museum Quarter and the state opera house as well as other attractions in the city centre. Train station with convenient service to the airport is also a short walk away. Overall the comfort is first rate but there is little provision for relaxing other than the dining table chairs and one chair in the bedroom. A very workable kitchen. A broken faucet mount was annoying but did not affect function. "

"The hotel was very close to city transportation that mean walking distance 5 min. It was close to restaurants and shopping malls. It had super nice location. Our bed wasn’t comfortable but it’s ok. "

Lovely midweek break

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
