"The room was nice and well furnished. AC was cooling and the tv worked well. Staff communicated well and eager to help out at all time. The food choices for the breakfast was amazing as well. Got alot of mini shops outside and behind the hotel, including 7 11 beside it at the ground floor. the hotel is built on a mall, so make sure to check it out. In overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I love this hotel and was one of the first people in it the week it opened. I have been around 10 times since! The location is amazing, sheets and rooms excellent, design wonderful, staff lovely. My only recommendation to Chapter is, make a comments section on your checkin for staff to know if the client is a return customer and offer loyalty benefits to people who have stayed with you many times before. The hotel is not full and you could have upgraded my room for the 15 Dec checkin to a river view. Other than that, you are all wonderful!"

"We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. We had a spacious suite room with balcony overlooking the river- with bathrobes & slippers. Their breakfast was indeed a treat & had selections for western & eastern palates & an egg & noodle stations. Come early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Service was 5 star too from the front desk, the concierge (who helped us find great city tours & dinner with traditional dancing), room service & restaurant. Definitely a wonderful all around classy hotel to suit your needs. We'd love to stay here again next time. Absolutely recommended. "
