"The property was clean and communication from the host clear. The property looks like on the pictures. "I was unable to get the check-in information and couldn’t reach out the host/property manager until the day before my stay. At the end I spent an extra US$70 to make an IDD call to reach out Vrbo, the agency, to get help and realise someone would be there in the property wait for my arrival. Otherwise the stay is overall very good with many cute teddy bears. :)"

There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery due to snow and ice, so drive carefully."

"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"Clean modern hotel with its own personal bath in the room. Sadly the customers do not wear clothes and are naked in the communal bath and not modest . The bath in the room provides a very good alternative. We did not have time to enjoy the breakfast, but it seemed pretty lavish. I would strongly recommend this hotel."
