"Our family enjoyed a great week at Cabilltos Del Mar Sur Villa in Dominical! The home was exactly as advertised online. We arrived late Sunday night to a very clean home ready for us. We were very thankful for the AC wall units in each bedroom bc the house was very humid on arrival but in a matter of minutes each room cooled down and stayed that way throughout the week. They were a great escape after long days out in the sun! We also loved having a private pool at the villa and seeing our Iguana friend each day was a treat! We booked all of our excursions through You Get Here group that manages the homes and each trip exceeded our expectations! All of the YGH staff were wonderful to work with - Very responsive!The town of Dominical is a quiet town just about a mile walk down the beach. Great restaurant options in walking distance! We also traveled to Quepos and Uvita to explore the area - Each way 30 min travel! And speaking of beach, to have private access to this beautiful beach was amazing, not only to watch the sunrises and sunsets, but also to play in the warm ocean water! Our girls LOVED this!Travel to Villa: We rented a car from San Jose to drive to Dominical - it’s about a 3.5 hour drive along a windy two lane road, so prepare for a long travel day if you drive. Thank you for the hospitality this week! "

"We arrived to an unexpected fabulous Balinese treehouse. We loved that we had privacy and that our 13 year old had their own casita as well. This would be an ideal place to stay for two couples or a small family but with an older child like us who needs some space. Restaurants close by and the most beautiful beaches!"

"Small, intimate place. The kitchenette was extremely well equipped and the staff want out of their way to be helpful It could use some cosmetic touches, but the rustic charm shone!"

"Great communication from Monica prior to our arrival.The house was all we expected it to be - super clean, laid out perfectly for multiple couples, the kitchen had everything you could want, and the location is perfect.3 couples enjoyed 10 days at the house, and it's situated where every night we had the perfect sunset (from the pool no less!) The pool guy came twice while we were there to make sure everything was good (cleaned pool, checked pH levels, etc)The kitchen was perfect! We prepared breakfast and dinner at the house almost every day (ate lunch out), at the table on the patio. There is a BM Supermarket about 3 minutes from the house and they have everything you could possibly need.The property is in a gated community and there was never a time we didn't feel safe. I saw a couple of old comments about safety and all I will say about that is they clearly didn't use the security features the owner has provided.From the porch/pool you will see Tucan's, Iguana's and Agouti's...hint, if you feed them banana's they will come every day. We also saw an anteater and a black squirrel.Downtown Dominical is 5 minutes away (gorgeous with plenty of great restaurants and shopping - and a tour company we did three tours with). Uvita is about 15-20 minutes south (don't miss the Whale's Tail!)I could go on forever, but if you are considering the Dominical/Uvita area, this is THE house!!"

"Our stay at Dominical Gardens was relaxing and convenient. We had a range of ages and interests in our family group so the location was key. Sit wis walkable to the beach , town and groceries so we didn't all have to do the same thing. If the car was out we could still go surfing at the beach two or three times a day. "

"We have been staying in Dominical for the past 10 years - we usually stay further down the beach. This was our first time at this villa and it won’t be our last! The layout was perfect for our group - the outdoor area is great!! The kitchen had everything we needed - however we love to eat in town. We have already started our plans for next year. "

"My husband and I treated our children and 1 year old granddaughter to a 10 day stay at this lovely villa. It was everything the listing states. Well appointed, beautiful pool, right on the beach. Yes, when the trucks go by, you can hear them when they use their air brakes, but you quickly overlook it. We felt very safe and well looked after by Stephen and ViVi. Location was walking distance by beach to Dominical. Grocery store was a 3 min drive. We’d definitely go back!!!"
