"This property is in a stunning location! Robert, the owner, lives in the adjoining house and is incredibly helpful, kind and generous in giving you privacy and assistance where required. The location causes some challenges to the house with rust/salt water/dampness but it was also the time of year, and not avoidable by the host. I would say it’s greatly suited for a couple looking to enjoy an absolutely gorgeous view and location. It’s close to many other amenities and is fully equipped with anything you may need. Add this place to your list if visiting Dominical! "

"I have to say, the communication with the hosts was by far the best I’ve ever had! They are incredible and accommodating! My 2 daughters, my husband and I and our close friends stayed with us. We loved having our individual spaces as well as our communal area. The individual ACs per room was luxurious. I do enjoy having the ability to combat control just one bedroom. The walk to town was easy and relaxing, and the proximity to the grocery store was clutch. The plumbing is something to be aware of in almost any property in Costa Rica, so you have to abide by the toilet paper in the garbage rule. I think the listening says hot tub, but there’s not one. Not a deal breaker on how hair we were here!"

"From the moment we landed in Quepos and Alex met us with our rental car the trip was amazing. The house is amazing and serves the needs of the family brilliantly. The kitchens - indoor and outdoor had everything we needed to serve 11 people daily. This house has everything you need to accommodate a family vacation. Having the washer/dryer option was fantastic as well, the pool is amazing and the decks off each bedroom provide you with an outdoor option to read books, have a drink, or just put your feet up. The outdoor shower option was great for washing off after a day at the beach or hiking through the rainforest. The amenities are top notch and the house manager - Alex is wonderful. His quick response to any question, and his ability to book adventures, rent a car, or give you suggestions on where to go for meals, adventures, or trips, are outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the birds that come and visit each day are spectacular Casa Montana` is a special place and one you won't regret renting for a stay in Costa Rica"

"Loved the house and the location was great. The pool outside was perfect and we would go play in the water at the beach. Note that the beach right out front of the house is not a good place to play since there are large rocks and swift currents in the area. You have to walk a couple hundred yards north to get to an area you can play safely. Waking to that beach on high tide can be difficult. "

"The owners might be the nicest people I’ve ver met. And the breakfast every morning was perfect fuel for the morning surf sessions! Highly recommend this place. "

"Not what they say regarding the ocean, you cannot see the ocean or hear the waves. It was clean and safe feeling. Condo hard to find, allot of construction. Not really big enough for six adults, felt crowded, perfect for adults with children, or 4 adults & 2 children. Short walk to surf beach & small cute town, good food & restaurants & markets."
