"We really enjoyed our stay at Lina’s apartment. She is such a kind and generous host and went out of her way to make our stay so lovely. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped, and has stunning views of Lake Como. Lina spent lots of time providing suggestions of things to do and how to get there. "No heat in apartment! 40 degrees outside…seemed like 40 degrees inside! Owner promised to turn on heat “remotely” but didn’t. He knew heater wasn’t working. We checked out the next morning at 9am. We couldn’t take the cold! Owner still charged us for the second day."

"We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"This apartment is located in a residential area, however if you have a car, there is no problem going to Bergamo sightseeing or shopping malls. It is also within a 30 minute drive from the airport. The owner was very kind and flexible with check-in times. The room is clean and has everything. Highly recommended if you are staying with your family."

"Leider lag die Wohnung direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße von Como nach Bellagio. Den ganzen Tag donnerte der Verkehr vorbei, was sehr laut war. Dadurch war die Terrasse nur bedingt nutzbar. Abends und nachts war es relativ ruhig. Außerdem war von der Wohnung aus kein Geschäft, Restaurant etc. zu Fuß erreichbar. Man musste immer mit dem Auto irgendwo hinfahren und am Ankunftsort war das Problem, dass man meistens kein Parkplatz fand. In der Wohnung war die Badewanne nicht nutzbar, da irgendetwas...

"Great house. Great space both indoors and outdoors. Great location. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Perfect for family of 4 or 5. Lack of A/C tough when very hot. My suggestions would be some window covers (so easier to sleep in) and get some nicer outdoor furniture so guests can take better advantage of the 2 terraces which are quite lovely."

"This is a beautiful house and stay -- my only advice to be very exact about *which city and plaza* you meet the property manager at, as we had the wrong Santa Maria plaza entirely! Other than that, a truly magical building, waterfall, and stay."
