"This is a nice Hotel. The only downside was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately the Breakfqst at £14.95 ways too expensive for my work budget. The evening meal was nice but a bit on the high side price wise for what it was"

"We love the Erskine Arms and have visited several times in the past few years. The rooms are very comfortable with nice beds and great showers. Some rooms lack storage however. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The bar area is great but can get busy with people eating there early evening. The food for both breakfast and dinner is excellent with a lovely varied menu. The hotel overall is very comfortable and friendly with a good atmosphere. "Great stay , comfortable room.. i would suggest the family room would have been better placed into the double and single bed room as there room has much more space and with 1 double 1 single in there seemed alot of space wasted .. no window to open in the family room , with 4 people in there an open window would be great. The fire exit green light in the bedroom is WAY to bright. Overall lovely decor , clean room , friendly staff.. Thank you "

"A friendly welcome from the host. He went out of his way to book us an alternative evening meal and taxi as the restaurant was booked up that day. Room was as expected. Breakfast was good and a good choice available all with friendly service. "

"Comfortable room with en-suite toilet & shower. Pleasant staff, bar prices very reasonable. Good atmosphere in pub areas. Food not bad, (cheese sauce on nachos not good) Would recommend as a good base for surrounding attractions."

"Recently refurbished rooms but small. The family room would have been better converted to a double room with a chair instead of a single bed squeezed in next to the double bed."

"A fabulously clean hotel with super home cooked food from dinner to breakfast. Lovely location in the heart of Conwy. The hotel staff were just wonderful all offering a ‘can do’ attitude who couldn’t do enough. Special mention to Lee, Alan and Tricia! "
