"Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!"

"Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure. "

"Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future."

"This is a truly wonderful hotel. The tented rooms, bed and others, are spectacular. So much so easy to do...the difficult bit is to staff it with spectacularly good staff, everywhere, and ask them all to commit to the same idea of excellent service. This they have managed. The photos on their website are great, but don’t do it justice. It’s stunning in the flesh. And photos don’t show the charm, confidence and competence of the staff. The food is particularly good.
