Property manager and owner were both great as very responsive to questions and requests including sorting the local for the riverside gate so my elderly parents could get off the boat and back into the property without climbing over! "The beds were comfortable. The home was well- furnished. The kitchen had most items we needed, but we could have had a tea towel and a plug or bowl in the sink for washing dishes. Our mail problem was lack of hot water as there was a problem with the boiler. I left messages on the phone number I was given, but it took two days to get the hot water restored. On our third day of four I noticed a leak on the floor of the main bedroom. I reported it, but got no reply until I sent a second...

The living room furniture by the TV isn’t very strong. I see what the idea was with the futons to have extra sleeping space but it’s not great for adults to sit on, which why I give it four stars.
